The Real-time chat section at http://www.mozilla.org/support/#chat only lists a couple of channels, and they're product-specific. There's a number of products that use this page as their support page, and the forums and newsgroups for all of those products are listed, but not their chat rooms. We should either expand the list of chat rooms given there to include the appropriate places for each product, or link to http://irc.mozilla.org/ which already lists them (in addition to some other channels).

http://www.mozilla.org/support/ is now a product list, rather than a list of support technologies. For products not on that list, we have <http://www.mozilla.org/support/other>, which points users to #mozillazine. Dave, are there products not listed on the main support page that do have their own support channels on irc.mozilla.org? If not, we should just mark this as invalid.
Nope, that looks awesome. Marking as fixed by the site redesign.
