When browser window size is reduced, the Contacts bracket on the left size is not displayed properly.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open web browser
2. Go to https://login.yahoo.com/config/mail?.intl=us and log in to the mail service
3. Go to the Contacts tab and check how the page is rendered
Actual Results:
Page is not rendered correctly. Take a look at the screenshot. I marked
incorrect areas.
Expected Results:
Page is rendered correctly, no matter browser window size.
