Currently dates show up as YYYY-MM-DD.  All of my users are in the US, and they
prefer MM-DD-YYYY.

It'd be nice if there was a user preference that affected all dates that the user sees.  By that I mean custom fields, reported time, last modified time, times for
comments, bugmails, custom date fields, etc.  Everywhere a date is displayed to the user from bugzilla should use the format they've specified.

The display part is easy. The input part is non-trivial. Thus, I suspect they'll get split up into smaller bugs.
