Master Password Reset does not offer to set a new Master Password on restart
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.2; en-US; rv:1.9a9pre) Gecko/2007102605 Minefield/3.0a9pre Found during testing for Bug 398886 When you reset the Master Password you won't be prompted to enter/change one when you launch it again. Only if you reset the MP and then save a new login in the same session ! Even this will happen in the same session everytime when you want to save a password. Steps to Reproduce: -> Set a Master Password -> Reset the Master Password -> Check the Prefs/Options "use a Master password" is unchecked -> Go to a Site with Login and Save the Password -> A Dialog pop up to set a new Master Password -> Restart Minefield -> Safe a Password -> No Dialog for a new Master Password I think when you reset a Master Password the expected result should be a new offer for a new Master Password when you save next time a Password, even when you restart the Browser.
Good idea, but not a blocker. -'ing per release drivers.

Unless I'm misunderstanding, resetting the master password means removing it, so I don't think there's an expectation that the browser will proactively offer to set one. Furthermore, I can't reproduce the behavior described in comment 0 with regard to the browser offering to set a new master password, so I think this is WFM.
