This bug can be reproduced for Firefox2.0.0.7 and Firefox3.0a9 on Solairs11.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Firefox
2. Load the default homepage
3. "Ctrl + T" to open a new tab
4. Switch to new tab to load another webpage e.g. www.google.com
Actual result: The new webpage is loaded correctly, but on the panel, the title of Firefox still is the default homepage.
please refer to attachments to get screenshots.
Expected result: The new webpage is loaded correctly,the title of Firefox on panel should be changed to the new webpage also.
I believe it's about of the gnome panel.
Also reproducible with gedit on OpenSolaris.
BTW: there's no such a thing named Solaris 11.
