Somehow, the commit log message became:
Bug 40- "17 – SeaMonkey "System Requirements" is 404 (1.1.5 release notes missing)"

when it should have been:

Bug 400417 - "SeaMonkey "System Requirements" is 404 (1.1.5 release notes missing)"
