Trying to open the add-ons window or about thunderbird doesn't work. (Firefox trunk is ok.)

I get this in the Error Console:add-on

Regression happened 2007-10-29 -> 2007-10-30 (linux trunk builds). Fairly low traffic period

Possibly caused by checkins for bug 401288 or bug 379718/bug 386912?
