We recently renamed the "Web Sites" tab to say "Servers" in Certificate Manager.

I notice we did not yet change the column heading.
It still says "Site", I think it should say "Server".

FYI, the column entries will either display a string like
  host:port

or
  *
(meaning any server)
Is
  *
the right display string to mean "any server"?

I guess the string
  any
is bad, because in theory, someone could have a server with that name on their intranet, so we'd have to use something like (any)

It is a little technical to use the *, you're right. <any>? <all>? <all servers>? <global>? Just throwing out options. You're right that if we start using language, we'll need to denote it somehow as being "not a name you could have for your server" though I personally think intranets with servers named "any" deserve what they get. :)
can we not use italics or bold?
