When i go with a non-en-US Version to www.mozilla.org.cn i get 2 Download offers, see http://img228.imageshack.us/my.php?image=mozillacnhq7.jpg and a Download offer for Firefox 2.0 (?) DE Version.

This download link is broken. The target for the Download is http://www.mozilla.com/products/download.html?product=undefined&os=win&lang=de and this ends in an error site http://download.mozilla.org/?product=undefined&os=win&lang=de since the product is  "undefined"

Understood. the link contains product=undefined so it's broken.

Their download script lists Firefox version 2.0 for non-en-US/zh-CN:
http://www.mozilla.org.cn/js/download.js

I am an engineer of China office. I contacted with the web master of mozilla.org.cn and it was fixed now.
Please verify this.
