402199 - Auto update of Firefox ran, Problem Loading Page Message Occured

No pages load -- not Yahoo, not any of my bookmarks.  Went to IE, re-installed from Firefox download site and got the same problem.  Dead in the water here.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start Firefox
2.Problem Loading Page error on Home Page
3.type in any other URL, same error
4.checked my VPN to see if I was proper on
5 closed down VPN
6. restarted VPN
7. restarted Firefox
8. re-installed 2.0.0.9 from official website, same problem
Actual Results:  
same as above after re-install

Expected Results:  
Problem Loading Page.  I am using IE now exclusively

in 99% problem on the user end (firewall is blocking becuase of the changed Firefox.exe)
