402251 - Foxkeh listed as a registered trademark when no registration has been filed

The text on the URL listed says...

"The Mozilla trademarks include, among others, the names Mozilla®, mozilla.org®, Firefox®, Thunderbird™, Bugzilla™, Camino®, Sunbird®, Seamonkey®, Foxkeh® and XUL™, as well as the Firefox logo, Thunderbird logo, SeaMonkey logo, Camino logo, Foxkeh logo and the Mozilla red lizard logo. As Mozilla registers others, it will update this policy."

In that list is Foxkeh with a hearty ® behind it. Searching the uspto database, I get no results for Foxkeh. Additionally, when searching for "Mozilla" as an owner name, Foxkeh does not show up. That ® should be a ™ if we're indeed claiming it. The addition of Foxkeh was made by Gerv on September 29.

I made that change based on an email from Frank on 29/8 which said:

"Yes, we should add the Foxkeh logo to the list of other logos."

However, I now note he didn't say the name, and he didn't say it was (R). So that needs fixing.
