When using new Windows Live Hotmail, URL's are not underlined and do not respond when clicked. For example, if I put in a URL in the body of a message, the recipient cannot open it by simply clicking. The recipient must copy and paste it on to the Browser to go to the URL.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Initiate a new message using Hotmail
2.Type in a URL such as http://www.mozilla.org
3.Send message as normal.
Actual Results:
Recipient receives text but URL is not underlined or highlighted and does not open.
Expected Results:
The URL should be underlined or highlighted and should open with a single click.

The reporter in Bug 402714 said that this was working in older Firefox versions. This bug here looks like a dupe of Bug 331714 though, so the bug might already be a bit older (if that is a bug in Firefox and not in Yahoo/Hotmail).
Summary: Links not working in Hotmail. → No links are created when composing mail in Hotmail or Yahoo Mail

This is a mass search for bugs that are in the Firefox General component, are UNCO, and have not been changed for 1000 days and have an unspecified version.
Reporter, can you please update to Firefox 3.6.10, create a fresh profile, http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/managing+profiles, and test again. If you still see the bug, please update this bug. If the issue is gone, please set the resolution to RESOLVED > WORKSFORME.
