The UI for sample has changed, as has (I think) crash log UI.

We also need to add notes about not emailing people comments or attachments when we do this.

The old Sample UI is still exactly the same on 10.5; there's now just a Sample button that does in 1 step what we used to do in 2.  It's easier to just leave the  Sample instructions the same across OS versions for now.

I'd like to get the 10.4 crash UI here if I'm changing that; hunting for a 10.4 user ;) 

On 10.5, the button is called "Report…" and the text field is actually an entirely separate tab ("Problem Details").

I've made some other changes locally, including comment 1.

Adding those for reference, in case we ever need to refer to them elsewhere.

Since the crash UI stuff has been replaced by Breakpad and the old Sample steps work across all OSes, there's nothing to do here :-)
