The URI returns a (localized) 404 error page for me. There seems to be a layout problem in the navigation bar at the top, but I don't see any other issues.

The release notes never translated to Hebrew. Should we translate them now? 

As for the 404 - the header navigation issue is being worked in bug 390540, which is in status new but has the required CSS fixes attached.

I mainly filed this for the layout issue at the top - the Mozilla icon is on top of some of the navigation.  The other thing that is strange is the question marks that show up in the UI supposed to be there?

All the question marks in the UI are attached to questions ("Were you looking for information on Firefox?" etc.), so there is no problem there.
