This bug covers platform-consistent look and feel for the <tabbox> element. For more info, please see bug 39375. Platform-specific look and feel for <tabbox> involves: * specifying the appropriate bottom bevel for any immediate children of the tabbox element (whether they be tabs or springs). This bevel will be overridden by the selected tab element, so that the tabpanel appears to have a bevel along the top except where it intersects with the selected tab, and the tabpanel and the tab appear joined to each other.

Specifying a bottom bevel for children of the tabbox, rather than a top bevel for children of the tabpanel, also allows for an appearance such as that used in Aqua -- where there is a border at the top of the panels, but not on the other sides of the panels.
