Seems to have been fixed on the bugzilla hosted here. Perhaps the eclipse bugzilla is needs update.

b.m.o uses its own UI. http://landfill.bugzilla.org/bugzilla-tip/show_bug.cgi?id=1 shows you what our UI currently is. Marking this bug as INVALID as I don't even see any request or bug report in comment 0.

Reopened. I created a bug on
http://landfill.bugzilla.org. Submitting a new bug (https://landfill.bugzilla.org/bugzilla-tip/post_bug.cgi) does not show the summary in the header.
