It's not possible to set a timezone for a previous floating event. This is especially annoying for receives/imported events which have foreign timezones as these get stripped. Reproduce: import the attatched event and then edit this event. Notice the floating timezone. Select a different timezone (note the really small pulldown) and click OK. The timezone doesn't show in the event.

Verified in latest nightly 20080110 -> task is fixed.
