1. Load http://www.mozilla.org/access/dhtml/spreadsheet
2. Run JAWS
3. Open menubar with Ctrl+Alt+M
4. Select View-> More -> Two

Null pointer crash -- the DOM node for the menubar accessible is no longer the, because that accessible was shutdown.
