(Ref bug 363130) When a Search Engine is added with an icon that is not 16x16 pixels it is not resized correctly in the "Manage Search Engines..." list - it is cropped vertically rather than being squeezed in both directions. Add the engine at the linked url to witness the problem. (Gavin, I believe it was always - ie pre fix to bug 363130 - chopped vertically)
