Character coding menu does not work. Steps of reproduce 1. go to http://www.yahoo.co.jp/ 2. select menu View|Character coding->multibyte->Japanese (EUC-JP) The page is not diaplayed correctly. This may be the related bug 40318. Tested 2000-05-23-10 Linux build.
The "Reload" is also broken. It is possible break by the nsDocShell.h,cpp locka@iol.ie changes yesterday. Please take a look at this ASAP. Thanks
