Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable alarms for multiple events.
2. Exit Thunderbird/Lightning for a time while few events happen.
3. Start Thunderbird/Lightning: multiple alarms appear in a window.
4. Make the first alarm to be disappeared: all the alarms disappear.
Actual Results:  
All the alarms disappeared.

Expected Results:  
Only the alarm is disappears.

This was OK in 0.5.
Expected Results in better (?) English:  
Only the alarm made to be disappeared disappears.

Yes. Excuse me, I did make the search but the bug you refer to simply doesn't contain the word alarm...
