Currently we have double entries for some l10n builds in litmus, like de and de-de and for french with fr + fr-Fr this can result in litmus testday results like: de 322 de-DE 54 and: fr-FR 36 fr 31 maybe we can remove entries like fr-FR and de-DE now ?
cc-ing Axel. Axel: what (and where) is the most up-to-date listing of supported locales? I originally compiled the Litmus locale list from every source I could find, so it's exhaustive circa 2005, but probably not accurate with the current state of Moz l10n. As Carsten notes, there's a lot of duplication in the list that could also be quickly cleaned up if I knew which locale string (e.g. de vs. de-DE) was canonical.
The up-to-date list is in CVS, http://lxr.mozilla.org/l10n/source/. Of course that doesn't cover locales that we don't have in CVS, but that might not be too terrible. I wonder if it'd make sense to have the input fields for the locale default to navigator.language and be really editable, instead of being just able to pick stuff from some arbitrary list.
I'm going to tighten up the list the morning and do the necessary mapping of results.

I removed all the glaring duplication I could find, remapped the affected test results, and added any locales missing from the LXR listing. I didn't prune the list much beyond that because many locales that we don't ship had test results associated with them. Hopefully we'll here from localizers (through Axel or bugzilla) if we are missing their locale.
