Enable/Disable calendar via keyboard is broken

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Start Sunbird with new profile
2. Select calendar in calendar list
3. Press Space keyboard button to enable/disable the calendar

Actual Results:
Nothing happens. Error Console shows:
    Error: aCol has no properties
    Source File: chrome://calendar/content/calendar-management.js
    Line: 342

Expected Results:
Calendar should be enabled/disabled.

WORKS in Sunbird 0.8pre (2007111105)
FAILS in Sunbird 0.8pre (2007111205)
-> regressed by Bug 379174
This should be fixed by patch from bug 403517.
