1.Simply try to open url
2.Compare with opened with Firefox

Actual Results:  
Leak of login dialog

Expected Results:  
Login dialog
Spoofing the useragent to include firefox induces the site to display correctly.  So the page is doing poor browser sniffing and should be fixed.  See http://geckoisgecko.org/
