1. /list on network view of moznet
2. /cancel after a second or so

AR:
"No connection or /list in progress, nothing to cancel." in the middle of /list display msgs. Yeah, right.

ER:
No more /list msgs displayed.
[Untested] This makes two small changes:
 - isRunningList returns true in the additional case of there being some
   undisplayed items, irrespective of the 'done' flag (which mearly indicates
   we've got to the end of the server's data).
 - remove the restriction of being connected when cancelling a /list, as it
   made no sense.
