See testcase, while resizing with the frame resize handles, I see a lot of flickering compared to branch builds.
This seems to have regressed between 2007-08-21 and 2007-08-22:

I'm not sure I can reproduce this (on Linux). 2007-08-20 builds flicker _more_ than current trunk on that testcase.
