Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start a doownload
2. it shows the message (only)
3. but download is running anyway


Expected Results:  
I would like to see the downloadmanager but it only shows the message

I'm going to resolve this WORKSFORME, as it's really only a bug that we stage that build. The german localization team is well aware of the missing strings in general, I assume.

Thanks for testing, though. I this would have shown up in our B1 candidates, I'd be ringing all kinds of bells, but for the nightlies, that's sadly ok.

The build part is really a different bug, somewhere in the mist of "how do we really fix l10n builds".
