I have two pop servers (one migrate from 4.x and one newly created in 6.0)
in the account manager dialog, the port for these servers is "-1" instead of the
default pop port.
(I haven't checked news or imap.)

manager get this port information?

this is my fault.... I meant to fix this, never got around to it. Fix is just to
find the relevant nsIMsgProtocolInfo object in nsIMsgIncomingServer::GetPort

I forgot to actually nominate this for beta, and the fix went in, so I'm just
marking fixed.
