After middle-clicking on an empty space in the Bookmarks Toolbar, I get the following assertion:

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Middle-click on empty space in Bookmarks Toolbar

Actual Results:  
The above assertion thrown

Expected Results:  
Nothing should happen (I guess?)
