I can't reproduce this reliably, but when the list of tabs is long enough for the scroll arrows to appear in the menu, occasionally it will be impossible to scroll down towards the end of the list. It will scroll ok as long as the mouse is hovering over the down arrow, but as soon as you try to select something the menu begins scrolling back towards the beginning of the list. The expected behavior should be obvious: the menu should stay put.
I can reproduce this pretty regularly, and it makes the menu completely useless to me, as I can't select anything at the bottom of the list, as it just scrolls up when I try to select something.

You do know that this bug makes the bookmarks drop-down, all tabs drop-down, and other drop-downs like it completely unusable as a way to get to things beyond the down-arrow, right?
