run chatzilla, pick a nick 15chars long, it gets ...'d
timeless-chatZa becomes
timele...chatZa
At 15 this does nothing useful since the full nick is the same length.
On undenet where 9chars is the limit it doesn't matter. On moznet this occurs.
dalnet can take 32
1. for 15chars please don't change three to `...`
2. We need popup hints for long nicks [if someone decides ... is good],
otherwise we could expand the column.

I need to redo the way this abbreviating works anyway. I'll just insert spaces
into the text so that it can wrap.
