You've done a great job improving Lightning thus far, but some enhances are still needed for prime time.  These include the user interface (need more view options/customizations, ability to right click on a meeting and choose accept/decline as well as the edit and delete options, different shading/coloring for meetings not yet accepted, ability to browse the calendar during refresh/remote synch (or at this point use TB at all, it currently locks TB completely during remote synch/refresh), etc.), remote calendar Synch/Refresh options (99% of the time we don't need to synch old calendar data (especially from years ago), so having options to synch only events after today or within the next month would be helpful(Maybe CalDAV is the answer here?  I'm not all that familiar with the specific standards for calendaring), and may help alleviate the current remote synch delay issues (Though I think that the synch process should be handled by an external service so that the interface is not locked or delayed by the process)), and the ability to put meeting request sending in the background instead of having an email pop up.  These enhancements/bug-fixes would greatly enhance the user experience, enabling many in the corporate environment to drop Outlook for good (so long TB/Lightning can interact with Outlook clients/Exchange).

Please file on bug or request for enhacement per bug and before you do, search for existing bugs. I know there's a bug about locking up (bug 387014) and better performance should be noticable with caldav-servers or wcap-servers afaik. Setting to invalid...

I had done a search and found that bug, but figured I'd mention it here as a relevant piece of why some of these enhancements would be helpful.  There isn't a lot of documentation out there on how to file an enhancement request, so I did the best that I could.
