When plain text email contains square brackets (which are legal as URL characters?) [], the clickable link is truncated before the [ singn. 
This makes it impossible to e.g. use SpamKarma's emails to flag comment span by simply clicking the link.
URL parsing should be enhanced to treat [] as part of the link, not as delimiter.

[ and ] are "unwise" characters according to bug rfc 2396, see bug 218287. So this is probably wontfix.

The workaround is to put the url in < >, like <http://www.cpuidle.de/blog/wp-admin/edit.php?page=spamkarma2&recover_selection=1&comment_grp_check[36681]=36681&sk2_section=spam&_wpnonce=0287b098b9>
