the website dropdown menu hides behind flash banner on tvguide.com.  This doesnt repro on 2.0.0.9.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install a beta 1 rc3 build
2. enable flash, go to url above
3. hover over the menu items, above the flash banner, and notice the dropdown items are hidden behind the flash banner.
