Every time I try to install the upgrade I get this message that some files are in use and cannot be updated and keeps trying.  I have to cancel.  I tried rebooting and still does not install

Actual Results:  
fails

Expected Results:  
It wants to install again, but fails again

Closed whatever it claims are open, install the update and then reopen whatever file it closed
Did you download and use the Windows installer or are you using Software Update?
I'm using the Software Update
