All of them, except (ironically) the two most visible ones: URL entry and search entry in the main toolbar. I understand that those are a bit more complex, but there should be a way to make them look native also. Some GTK apps also have entries with extra functionality, see screenshot for an example. Reproducible: Always

This is mostly fixed in trunk as of yesterday. Wow ;) I filed bug 405210 for the remaining issue with the button on the right.
