Build Identifier: latest version( i update daily)

after being prompted to install a plug in to run java, a box appeared with complete nonesense.. i then had a blue screen with " dumping physical memory" and my pc now has one or more unrecoverable errors and im not sure if its even fixable, please help!!!!!!

Firefox can't cause a Blue Screen in a modern Operatin System like Windows 2000, XP, 2003, Vista because Firefox doesn't install drivers running in the kernel mode. (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blue_Screen_of_Death)

i was only running firefox an dnothing else...how can it not be a firefox problem? when i was prompted to install the plug in , it was while i wa susing firefox and nothing else

because the bug itself is in one of your drivers (if I understand your report correct that you got a Blue Screen) and only Firefox let the driver bug appear.
