Build: linux 2000052408 comm build

The application is very slow when loading a mail attached with a vCard. It may
not be only limited to messages attached with a vCard, but it's reproduciable
with
this kind of mails in the mailbox.

Steps of reproduce:
1. Using 4.x, send a mail with vCard to the testing account, it doesn't matter
it's
   an IMAP account or a pop account.
2. Launch Netscape6 Mail.
3. Go to the mail sent from step1.
The loading of the mail is very slow.
A message like "STYLE CHANGE REFLOW. Blowing away all box caches" was seen on
the console.

This is a HP Kayak machine of 497 Mhz cpu with Japanese Red Hat 6.2 running on it.
I checked C locale, the result is same. It doesn't looks a problem related to the locale.
The loading of a mail with a vCard which only contains a word in the mail body takes about 20 seconds.
The same mail withou a vCard only takes about 1 second or may be less.
Please note that the vCard I used for testing only contains ASCII strings.

20 seconds!!!! goodness gracious. definetly a beta2 nomination. I don't see the
problem on my windows machine with vcards at all. I'll try linux.

ccing rhp. We must be spending a lot of time somewhere in the vcard code? Or
layout really barfs on vcards. If it takes 20 seconds we should be able to trap
in the debugger to see where.

It's also very slow to load a mail sent by "Send page", like the mail sent from http://home.netscape.com.
It even can't load the mail completely although indicating "Document Done" at the bottom.

With today's linux comm build (2000052608), the speed is much much faster. 
Will reopen it if this problem occurs again.

Verified with 2000062808 linux comm build on Japanese RH6.2 system.
 It's not so slow anymore to load a mail attached with a vCard.
