Dragging and dropping a URL from another application (Adium in my case) doesn't open the dropped URL but opens a URL open in another tab. Earlier this evening, I viewed http://abcnews.go.com/Business/wireStory?id=3891435, and now when http://www.sfwmd.gov/ is dragged and dropped (see attached Quicktime movie), the ABC story is loaded. In addition, dragging and dropping the URL into a textarea in a form also yields the ABC URL instead of the SFWMD URL.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Desired URL appears as text in another app (e.g. Adium)
2. Desired URL dragged and dropped into existing tab
3. Wrong URL loaded (but the correct URL is loaded if the link is simply clicked to create a new tab)
H.264 codec, requires QuickTime 7
