Using may24 m16 commercial build

There are display problems with text fields in criteria lines for the filter
rules dialog:

When you click to place focus in an empty/new text field, the field displays a
white overlay which overruns the right boundary of the dialog's visual space for
the field.  If you type a long text string it will not "scroll" within its
container, but text also overruns the container.

This display overrun doesn't reset unless you switch noun criteria setting. 
Once you successfully reset this overrun, it seems to affect any existing
criteria lines.  Any lines you then add will exhibit the problem.

xptoolkit or editor bug. reassign to beppe, cc mjudge - basically I've got a 
<textfield> being created dynamically in a tree, and as soon as you click on it 
and create the webshell, the ender widget bleeds past the end of the tree.

looks good to me. please retest it. some widget fixes in ender-lite may have 
fixed this. kin do you have a bug on this?

OK using aug15 commercial m18 build
