When opening for first time the FR version of Firefox bêta 3, the welcome page appears in English, whereas it should display in French.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download and install Firefox/3.0b1 FR from ftp.mozilla.org
2. Start the application

Actual Results:  
The Welcome page for Mozilla FR 3.0b1 appears in English.

Expected Results:  
The Welcome page should have appeared in French

Also, website https://www.creditmutuel.fr/groupe/fr/identification/
does not work on every version of Mozilla.

This is a bank account consultation site. It should be working, but when entering the credentials, the secured session does not launch, the site cannot be used on Mozilla.

For beta releases, our pages are only in English. For the final release, all pages will be translated appropriately.

Can you file a separate bug on this issue? Having multiple issues for completely different things isn't very useful.

WONTFIX on the localizing bit. Again, please file a separate bug for the bank website issue.
