"chrome://communicator/skin" is being used to pull in the "chrome://global/skin" stylesheet. "communicator" was just importing "global" has been removed from toolkit. Switching explicitly to "global" shouldn't break anything as "global" has been around forever and will not break xulrunner apps that use DOMi.
