When firfox 3 beta 1 has been told remember proxy password, and also told to remember open tabs for the next time it opens, there's an issue when restarting firefox. it loads the tabs, as expected, but opens a proxy password window for each tab, and it has forgotten the username and password

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.setup firefox to go through a proxy that requires username and password, remember password
2.open multiple tabs
3.close firefox, choose option Quit and Save Tabs
4.restart firefox
Actual Results:
multiple proxy windows open

Expected Results:
remember the proxy username and password, and apply to each tab
