In the sidebar after using the mouse to select the delete option, the history is not deleted and the other days are selected instead.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select history --> Show in Sidebar
2.Right click the day you want to delete
3.Select the delete option
Actual Results:  
Nothing was deleted and the day above it was selected instead

Expected Results:  
Deleted the history

Known Issues

Extensions
    Extensions installed under previous versions of Firefox may be incompatible with Minefield.

History and Bookmarks
    This release is intended to test the backend infrastructure and importing. Most of the user interface changes are in flux and testing is not needed at this point. Note that the new bookmarks and history storage for this release are separate from the previous versions, so if data corruption happens, you can still go back to Firefox 2.0 and have the old data.

Yeah, sounds like bug 363621.

Tim, it's perfectly reasonable for a user to report a bug that they've seen regardless of whether the UI of Firefox 3 is in flux or not. No need to tell them. Betas are always in flux. :)

Bug 451915 - move Firefox/Places bugs to Firefox/Bookmarks and History. Remove all bugspam from this move by filtering for the string "places-to-b-and-h".

In Thunderbird 3.0b, you do that as follows:
Tools | Message Filters
Make sure the correct account is selected. Click "New"
Conditions: Body   contains   places-to-b-and-h
Change the action to "Delete Message".
Select "Manually Run" from the dropdown at the top.
Click OK.

Select the filter in the list, make sure "Inbox" is selected at the bottom, and click "Run Now". This should delete all the bugspam. You can then delete the filter.
