When drag non english text (russian in my example) to input field or to textarea it converted to unreadable text (something like "путей для сайт"). You can try it any page with russian text: http://www.mozilla-russia.org/ drag text to search field on the top right corner. 
And the same situation if you drag it to quick search field of FF.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select some text
2. Drag it to any input field
Actual Results:  
Text in input field is unreadable.

Expected Results:  
Don't brake non english symbols.
This should be marked as a dupe of 403217.
