40526 - Must press tab key many times to get from widget to widget

In a dialog, tabbing from widget to widget needs many more keypresses than
it should given what you see in the dialog. It may be a problem only with
certain widgets, such as menulist.
A simple example is in Composer: 
Click on the Table button to insert a table. Click in the "Table Width" 
textfield. You should have to press tab once to move focus to the 
"pixel/percent" menulist (it doesn't seem to support keyboard), then once more
to get to the "height" textfield, but you actually have to press tab 5 times.
Maybe the tab key is shifting focus into the content tree defined in the 
menulist XBL?

I believe this has been fixed in classic. Modern is no longer my concern. Please
file bugs if there are widgets that still misbehave.
