40527 - Filter/Search UI: Priority is missing from criteria dropdown

Using may24 m16 commercial build

Refer to mail filters ui spec:
http://gooey/client/5.0/specs/mail/filters/Filters.html

The criteria dropdown list in the filter rules dialog "Conditions" section does
not list Priority as a choice. 

The priority criteria should have:
1.   2nd field dropdown showing choices:  Is, Isn't, Is Higher Than, Is Lower
Than
2.   3rd field as a fixed list of choices: Lowest, Low, Normal, High, Highest

most of the work here is done, I just have to update the validity tables to add

Priority is also missing as a criteria choice from within the Search Messages
dialog.

Let me know if you want to log a separate bug... you'd said you were going to
try to make the criteria alike between the filter and search UIs.

What the summary asks for is there, and one can use it. Marking WFM accordingly.

It's there, but not in the right  search circumstances... current behavior part
of bug 60514.

Please don't mark this verified.

Well, since 60514 isn't going to get fixed this round, I guess I'll close this
out and address it again if and when the criteria switching ever gets help.
