I think this would be handy, but it's not a 1.0 requirement: Steps: 1) Someone commits a file directly to SVN 2) File shows up in queue in Kubla 3) Publisher can reject file from within Kubla 4) Original author is notified, file is rolled back to previous version on trunk.
Kubla is no longer useful in the new moz.org world. -> wontfix.
