From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win95; en-US; m16) Gecko/20000524 BuildID: 2000052408 When you type in the name of a local file or directory that doesn't exist, Mozilla gives no notification of this. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open Mozilla 2.In URL box type: c:\I_Dont_exist.html 3. Actual Results: Wow! It looks just like the page that I was just on! ;-) Expected Results: Error message saying "Unable to find the file...." or something like that

This is a dup of bug 19073 - Missing file: URL gives a blank page display. Changing component to Networking and marking as such. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 19073 ***
