The letter Ⅱ (u+2161: roman numeral two) is displayed as the letter 「 (u+300C: left corner bracket) in the URL. Also, the letter Ⅲ (u+2162: roman numeral three) is displayed as the letter 」 (u+300D: right corner bracket). 
These letters are displayed correctly in edit form pane that opens clicking 'edit this page' link.

My finger slipped and accidentally posted the data while filling procedure.
What I wanted to post are following:

Actual results:
   you may find the phenomenon at last line of the section of wikipedia page.
   The letter Ⅱ (u+2161: roman numeral two) is displayed.

Expected results:
   The letter 「 (u+300C: left corner bracket) should be shown.

Additional informations:
The letters are displayed correctly In the textbox in wikipedia's 'edit' link.
Also, they appears correctly in view page source function of firefox (cmd-u).

That works perfectly fine on trunk and The Firefox 3.0beta1 build.
You can test it if you want:

That fact that you see the characters correctly in view source is because ViewSource uses 'Osaka' as a font for Japanese text.
